This is the main file that contains the data. The other file Rhizoc survey VT-GF_Corr5_logfg_no0s was an earlier version. The file GF-VT_JMP_timreformatted contains the GPS locations for the site in Col H and I. The other files in the folder are graphs, excel spreadsheets, and JMP analyses of the data that went into the paper. For file 8_29_13, there are a number of worksheet tabs. The following refers to VT-GF all corr5. The others are different subsets of the data. GF-all corr is the grower fields, VT is the variety testing sites, VT-GF is the combined data. Some of the data sets have the 0 values removed, below the threshold. There are three Rhizoctonia species- AG8 refers to Rhizoctonia solani AG-8, RO refers to Rhizoctonia oryzae, and 2-1 refers to R. solani AG 2-1. VT-GF all corr5. worksheet Col A the names of the fields. VT stands for WSU variety testing sites. GF in the file title refers to grower fields, with the initials in the Col A Col B- closest town Col C Location number of plot Col D Parcel- not sure what this is Col E- precipitation zone (derived in paper) Col F.
