REACCH PNA logo
The REACCH project was initiated in 2011 to ensure sustainable cereal production in the inland Pacific Northwest. The project was led by an interdisciplinary team of scientists and other professionals from three land grant institutions and the USDA Agricultural Research Service, with funding from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture’s Climate Variability and Change Program.

Data: REACCHPNA Biotics - Aphids PCR 2009

This file shows the results of polymerase chain reaction amplifications to detect two viruses: Pea enation mosaic virus and Bean leaf roll virus in individual trapped aphids across the Palouse region over the sampled years. This information was reported to producers as it was collected. It can be used to compare frequency of infectious aphids arriving in the region.
