Dataset contains two compressed General Feature Format (gff) files which contain locations and identities of coding sequences and repetitive DNA sequences within the Big Sagebrush (Artemisia tridentata subsp tridentata) genome data submitted to NCBI under BioProject PRJNA795150 and BioSample SAMN24662005. Annotation data support the Whole Genome Shotgun project deposited at DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under the accession JAKJXK000000000.
