Dataset contains two compressed General Feature Format (gff) files (PO2179_Artemisia_tridentata.annotation.gff.gz & PO2179_Artemisia_tridentata.RepeatMasked.gff.gz) which contain locations and identities of coding sequences and repetitive DNA sequences within the Big Sagebrush (Artemisia tridentata subsp tridentata) genome data submitted to NCBI under BioProject PRJNA795150 and BioSample SAMN24662005. Data files will be held in embargo until 2023-01-01 or once published within peer-reviewed manuscript (Scientific Data), whichever comes first.
