Our team has installed five eddy covariance (EC) flux towers to continuously monitor fluxes of CO2, H2O, and energy. at 5 sites in different agroecological zones across the region. The towers were deployed beginning in summer, 2011. The towers are operated continuously year-round, although there are gaps in the data due to instrumental problems, poor weather conditions, or other factors. The data are processed in a multi-step procedure which yields quality flagged, gap-filled data files covering one water year each (Oct 1 through Sept 30). The data are provided in both 30 min and daily time step files. Details on the data headers, quality control flags, and other information regarding each site are provided in the ReadMe file. Biomass sampling data and management information are provided separately in a Biomass data file.
